For increased accuracy over our gross weigh systems, Rite-Way offers a line of net weigh systems manufactured by Express Scale with a proven 35+ year track record for performance and reliability. Net weigh systems are sold complete with a digital programmable controller and are available with several feeder options to suit your product. These systems utilize a weigh hopper to measure the pre-packaged weight of your product before dispensing it into the bag.

Net weigh bagger with programmable digital controller designed for handling free flowing products at 10 to 15 (0.5 kg to 7 kg) bags per minute with ± 15 g accuracy.

Features:

• Pant leg diverter with 12” x 12” inlet;
• Utilizes both gravity gate and 3” vibrating pan (dribble) feeder;
• Customizable 0.4 ft3, 0.6 ft3, or 0.8 ft3 weigh hopper;
• 50 kg load cell;
• Complete pneumatic system consisting of a filter regulator and an air cylinder on the gate, weigh hopper and valves;
